An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Revenue Management team. Due to the introduction of new processes and systems and a significant investment within Revenue Management additional Route Performance Analyst roles have been created.



Your new position as Route Performance Analyst will see you responsible for identifying and driving the execution of long term pricing and inventory opportunities across your route group. You will be an active participant in determining the strategic direction of the route group’s flight and market performance.



You will be responsible for:

Developing Q&D and route strategies – identifying and capitalising on long term opportunities and maximising route profitability
Owning and managing process improvement, revenue maximisation and market optimisation projects
Identifying and implementing innovative initiatives for cost minimisation and revenue generation
Developing innovations to drive transformation and improvement to the revenue management process
Continually challenging and evolving current reporting and flight management process
Performing detailed financial and economic analysis and making recommendations on the viability of strategic options
Develop high-impact recommendations to senior management supported by succinctly crafted presentations and analysis

Requirements:

To be successful in this role you will display:

Tertiary qualifications with a major in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or other related discipline
Exceptional analytical and problem solving ability
A proven track record in independently develop and execute commercial strategies and improvement initiatives
Strong airline commercial acumen
Detailed understanding of routes and markets, cost and revenue drivers
Proven ability to build constructive and effective working relationships
Exceptional communication skills
Excellent relationship management skills
