Your new position as Commercial and Campus Services Manager will see you responsible for two key areas – commercial management including management of contracts for capital works, maintenance services, and for the overall management of campus services encompassing the overall creation,implementation and management of the Mascot Campus strategy.
You will be responsible for:

Assisting the Property Development and Property Maintenance teams with matters relating to procurement of goods & services for minor projects
Liaising with Procurement, internal stakeholders and subject matter experts in progressing sourcing, negotiations, contract reviews and execution, variations, ensuring efficiency of process and best value outcome to the Qantas Group
Review and monitor suppliers contractual performance in compliance with current contracts
Working with senior leaders across the business to setdirection and expected behaviours and manage the Qantas Campus occupants to agreed standards
Effective and efficient cost management of shared services within the Qantas Campus portfolio
Development of the strategy for efficient and effective running of the Qantas Campus, including products, services and facilities
Develop strategy, processes and tools to maintain current detailed and accurate information of campus occupancy and floor blocks to facilitate relocation of teams and people as the needs of the business change, and optimising the occupancy footprint
Management of driving the service standard of the Qantas Concierge/Reception team
Manage relationships with campus services vendors,ensuring a good outcome for both the vendor and Qantas
Ongoing maintenance of car parking policy, allocation and enforcement of protocols

Requirements:

To be successful in this role you will display:

Extensive experience in contract management of property-related goods and services
Proficient knowledge of contracts and contract law
Experience working in a structured, process-driven team environment
Demonstrated experience in the application of project management principles, practices and techniques
Proven track record in risk and issue identification, analysis and resolution
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and interact effectively with both in-house personnel and external service providers
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written,with the ability to articulate concepts and ideas clearly and concisely, at various levels both internally and externally
Previous experience in facilitation of group discussions,mediation and ability to effectively resolve conflicting priorities within the group
