Description:

We are currently looking for experienced candidates for the position of HR Process Manager / Subject Matter Expert – Travel Expenses

Responsibilities:

Coordinates and works in projects and working groups and take on responsibility for supporting and further developing the area of responsibility
Takes on the responsibility for the global payroll processes within the scope of Human Resources Process Management’s mandate
Defines and develops group wide standards and requirements of conception, steering, measuring and optimizing of end-to-end Human Resources processes
Analyzes and improves operating and service procedures
Performs process compliance audits, external benchmarks
Translates process changes into IT requirements and develops IT concepts (preliminary analysis and development of business concepts together with IT and the global process manager for Human Resources)
Initiates and takes part in projects of all sizes and follow up on the process of projects that support group wide standardization, harmonization, and optimization of processes
Analyzes and optimizes processes, functions, identification and communication of suitable measures to create improvements in the service center (time, cost, quality)

Requirements:

Your profile

University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or comparable subjects (for example: Finance, Banking or Accounting) or university degree in another subject and long term working experience as an Small and Medium-sized Enterprises for Travel Expenses / Duty Travel
Excellent communication and co-operation skills
Ability to lead and train employees
Strong negotiation skills
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Good command of German (minimum B2) an advantage
Knowledge of process automation tools and concepts an advantage
Competence in innovation management and Key Performance Indicators methods an advantage
Competence in standardization methods, tools and process management an advantage
