Job Description

You will be responsible for:

Touching up and compiling new recipes by the International Culinary Panel
Handle administrative duties such as managing stations’ telexes, and day to day enquiries
Apply passes for visitors/menu printers
You will be responsible for all food and beverage matters relating catering and menu print:
Checklist generation and managing any amendments, which include documentation of changes and updating of system periodically
Dispatch of checklist and F&B policy memos to stakeholders and handling stations’ enquiries
Updating the mailing list of all station managers/catering officers, as well as maintaining the user access to FABS (internal F&B planning system)
Updating and generating SIA and SIA Cargo flight catering schedules to stakeholders
Work closely with Beverage AO to update wine lists and ensure timely publication
Maintain the format and copywriting for all beverage/wine pages in menu cards
Liaise with printers on printing of menu cards
Conduct regular checks on menu cards for errors prior to printing


Required Skills

Diplomas in computer related disciplines are preferred. Relevant work experience in catering or F&B would also be advantageous.
