Job Description



Address all queries and issues raised by users related to applications deployed by HR Division. Provide guidance to users if issues reported are usage related and report them to IT Division for resolution if they are related to setup or program bugs.
Plan and coordinate system maintenance activities with users and IT Division
Assist users in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before cut-over of new system or enhancement or bug fix.
Assist in users’ training prior to new system cut-over or major system enhancements.
Conduct end user training for new users.
Perform administrative and project based duties as and when required.

Requirements:

Required Skills



You should possess a diploma in Business IT or equivalent and with at least 2 years of experience in supporting users in system administration and maintenance activities. Prior experience in SAP HR would be an advantage.



You should have strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to communicate well and a flair for details are necessary attributes for this position.
