Job Description

You will play a crucial role in managing and building relationships with SIA customers. You will attend to customers' feedback promptly and undertake measures to restore customers' confidence. You will also work closely with the various departments within SIA to establish the cause of customers' concerns and to improve our products and services. In addition, you will assist in service audit functions and participate in various efforts to raise customer service standards.

Requirements:

Required Skills

You should possess a good university degree, preferably with Honours. You are also required to possess emotional maturity and passion for customer service, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You should also have stamina for hard work and be able to handle difficult issues.



Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply if you have a flair for writing and enjoy writing.



Candidates with 3 to 5 years working experience in customer service jobs or with work experience in the airline industry will stand an advantage.
