Job Description



To provide expert advice on both processes and specialized tools to both Head Office as well as station users, to facilitate the revenue generation capabilities of the company while ensuring that these systems or its successor equivalent, are operating at optimal settings.
To help ensure that SIA has the right Revenue Management (RM) system, and that this is running in an optimal setting.
To implement and subsequently sustain any relevant tools to drive RM processes.
To effectively manage a team to support above functions.
To juggle all the various on-going projects and enhancements, user acceptance testing and RM system parameter reviews during the same time period.
Determine whether a product suits the airline's needs.

Requirements:

Required Skills



You must have a degree in Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science, preferably with Honours. Previous work experience in IT and revenue management is required. You should have strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills and be able to work independently on projects with minimum supervision.
