Airlines - Corporate Operations

Description:

You will provide legal support to SIA and its unlisted subsidiaries, including drafting and negotiating contracts, providing legal advice, and developing policies for compliance with applicable law and best practice, all in the areas of general corporate and commercial work in Singapore and cross-border transactions.


Specific portfolios of the Legal Counsel will depend on his/her experience and the needs of the Legal & Secretariat Department.

Requirements:

Required Skills





You should possess a good law degree with at least 3 years of corporate/commercial practice experience in a reputable law firm or in-house. Admission to the Singapore Bar is not a requirement. However excellent legal drafting skills is a pre-requisite.



You should be able to work independently and as a team player. You should also be able to communicate with people effectively in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will also have a positive attitude with enthusiasm to excel.
