Description:

You will be part of a team that handles the co-ordination, implementation and maintenance of computer-based business application systems in Cabin Crew Division. The job involves participation in most phases of a computer project life cycle. The main job activities include:



initiate studies and fact-finding, analyze data/work procedures and problem definition
develop user functional requirements and define system objectives
prepare and submit cost justification paper to management
plan work activities and schedule
verify logical design specifications - monitor and review progress
handle project slippage and change requests
perform user acceptance testing
prepare for system implementation
perform system maintenance activities
serve as a liaison person between business users and IT specialist

Requirements:

Required Skills



You should possess a good university degree, preferably with Honours in IT, Computer Science, Science, Engineering or other related degrees. You should also possess good communication and interpersonal skills, have a service-oriented attitude and be able to work in a team. Experience as a business analyst or in IT planning in mobile or internet applications will be an advantage.
