About the job
Air Arabia is seeking a Technical Instructor to join our training department to assist in developing Air Arabia' s Engineering and Maintenance staff to maintain regulatory compliance and to develop them to their full potential.
Reporting to the Technical Training & Staff Development Manager this new position will strengthen the departments desire to ensure its staff are at the highest technical standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver effective and efficient regulatory and development training such as, but not limited to: HF, FTS, EWIS, Aviation Legislation, Company procedures …
Produce training support materials including course description, learning objectives, presentations, handouts, assessment and evaluation methods
Identify staff training needs and design and develop related training procedures
Support the Technical Training Manager in the preparation of the yearly training plan and training budget.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:
Previous experience in teaching aircraft technical and regulation subjects in a 145 or 147 approved organization
Demonstrable knowledge of GCAA/EASA regulations
Approval as HF instructor would be an advantage
Competent of passing on skills to both inexperienced staff and highly qualified Engineers
Computer literacy is a must for this role.
This individual shall be from an aviation technical background. Previous work experience as approved instructor is a pre-requisite. Self- development and attention to details will also be a pre-requisite. Knowledge of or work experience on A320 aircraft would be an advantage.
