Aviation Quality Services GmbH is looking for you as an expert. The position is limited to two years.

As our Manager Quality Assurance and Quality Control you will manage, organize and continuously develop the internal Quality Management System of Aviation Quality Services. Together with your team of three full time employees one of your prime tasks is to perform and coordinate quality checks of our global IOSA and ISAGO audit reports. This involves a high degree of interaction with our international customers, our intercultural auditor cadre and the International Air Transport Association (IATA) in Montreal. Sufficient experience provided, a later qualification as IOSA auditor and actively participating in IOSA audits of our airline customers around the world will be a development option.

Other focus areas will be:

Organize and manage quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) function in close cooperation with our customers
Be the key contact person to IATA´s IOSA Program Office (IPO) in QA/QC related matters
Support the Director Operations and ensure management of additional operational functions and projects
Represent AQS as auditee during IATA accreditation audits
Perform quality and IOSA related trainings
Management of QM data and statistics
Management of annual auditor recurrent trainings
Management and/or conduct of internal audits

Requirements:

Your profile

Your profile:

University/college degree in relevant discipline
Experience in airline operations
Interest and ability to work with intercultural clients and organizations
Strong communication skills and high degree of customer orientation
Experience in Quality Management / Quality Assurance
Positive attitude towards new challenges within our team and environment
Ability to negotiate in spoken and written English, fluency in German and other languages is a plus, but not mandatory
Willingness to travel worldwide
