Customer Service Representative (M/F)

Coordination of customer repairs orders for assigned accounts.
Tasks:
Coordination of repair orders
Customer contact for operational inquiries such as cost estimates, status reports, shipping of parts, etcetera
Responsibility for assigned Lufthansa Technik Engine Parts and Accessories Repair (EPAR) Services customers located in the Americas (special focus: parts brokers)
Overall operational fulfillment responsibility for assigned Lufthansa Technik Engine Parts and Accessories Repair (EPAR) accounts including monitoring of performance and status reporting
Coordinate with the involved business units to ensure customer requirements are met
Proactively work to resolve discrepancies as they occur
Control, maintain and develop customer contracts (for example complaints process)
Analysis of cost and revenue per order and reporting, determine strategies to improve
Continuous optimization of the overall concept and processes to improve the efficiency of the assigned contract
Coordination of the Lufthansa Technik-group intern product departments: material supply service provider, shop, production-/ system-engineering, technical quality management in the context of customer service
Process documentation according to instruction and procedures
Work in and with various Lufthansa Technik systems, such as SAP, etcetera
Input data in EDP systems in accordance with procedures
Support, cooperate, and communicate with all customers and colleagues
Perform associated duty travels for regular reviews, coordination on site with the customer, training and networking in Germany up to 3 months, ad hoc support for escalated situations
Perform support functions and deputized duties as directed
All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Your profile
High school diploma/GED desirable
College degree/vocational training desirable: Bachelor desirable
Internship desirable
Professional experience required: at least 3 years
Language: English required, German desirable
Industry knowledge required: Aviation Industry Experience, Account Management, Customer Relationship Management, Purchasing, MRO, Airline Tech ops, Material Planner, Material Buyer, Maintenance Planner, Sales OEM
Expert knowledge: SAP desirable
Expert IT Knowledge: Microsoft Office
Environmental Influences:
Must possess permit to work in the U.S.

Must be willing to work shifts/overtime
Must be willing to work under constant time pressure
Must be willing to work under high stress levels
