Your new role as Marketing Manager, Qantas Store, will see you managing the marketing activity to support commercial revenue targets of the Qantas Store. This will include developing and managing the annual marketing plan and implementation of all marketing campaigns from development of offers and creative to segmentation, channel optimisation and results reporting.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Provide marketing management and support to the Qantas Store commercial and marketing teams
• Manage activity against the Qantas Store annual marketing plan and contribute to the overall strategy to deliver against the commercial objectives
• Design, coordinate and implement effective direct and above the line marketing campaigns based on agreed objectives
• Build a deep understanding of member insights to maximise effectiveness of campaigns
• Take accountability for campaign results and ROI and share learnings with relevant internal and external stakeholders
• Manage the allocation of marketing budget to support activities that generate maximum return
• As required, provide marketing support for broader Qantas Loyalty products and projects

Requirements:

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
• 5+ years demonstrated direct marketing experience in a corporate or agency environment
• Experience in e-retail marketing will be highly regarded
• Exceptional written communication skills
• A keen interest in direct marketing trends, best practice and innovations, particularly in e-retail
• Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with an adaptable communication style
• Exceptional client service and stakeholder management skills
• Sound experience in managing multiple projects and working to tight deadlines
• Results-orientated, with sound analytical and reporting skills
• Experience in content management/email delivery systems
