Key Account Manager (M/F)
Starting Immediately
Miramar, FL (United States of America)
Contractual interface to customers (Airlines) for major component maintenance contracts.
Tasks:
Contractual manager of large customer accounts
Multi-year relationship builder with airline maintenance staff
Financial responsibility for all assigned accounts
Must excel in financial analysis, customer relationship
Significant interface with aircraft component engineering, technical data, service bulletins, modification campaigns
Background in logistics
Cost controlling and reporting, determines strategies to improve
Revenue must be met in accordance with the contracted services
Contract Amendments and negotiation in cooperation with Marketing and Sales
Continuous optimization of the overall concept and processes to improve the efficiency of the assigned contracts
Coordinate with the involved business units and logistics to ensure customer requirements are met.
Proactively work to resolve discrepancies as they occur
Process documentation according to instruction and procedures
Work in SAP, Business Warehouse, excel and other Lufthansa Technik systems for analysis
Report results both in written and verbally, also using presentations
Prepare and host contract performance and review meetings with customers and top management
Support, cooperate, and communicate with all customers and colleagues
Perform support functions and deputized duties as directed
MBA or equivalent Master’s Degree is an advantage

Requirements:
Your profile
High school diploma/GED required
College degree/vocational training required: Master desirable, Bachelor required
Professional experience required: 1 – 2 years in Aviation / Customer Service / Contract Management
Language: English required, German and Spanish desirable
Industry knowledge required: Aviation MRO, Accounting, Customer Service
Expert knowledge desirable: SAP, Business Warehose
Expert IT Knowledge: MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Environmental Influences:
Must possess permit to work in the U.S.
Willingness to travel
Airport environment:
Must be willing to work shifts/overtime
Must be willing to work under constant time pressure
Must be willing to work under high stress levels
Authorities:
In accordance with rules and regulations, and given authorities
