Aeronautical Information Management (AIM) Specialist (m/f)
Glattbrugg (Switzerland)

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled specialist, with strong flight safety awareness and high sense of duty and quality to join our Aeronautical Information Management team. In this role you will be responsible for creating work orders for the Lido/RouteManual production as well as for the clarification of inconsistencies within the publication with the corresponding aviation authority.

Work activities:

Review Aeronautical Information Publications and related documents as well as other official aeronautical data worldwide and identify the changes from the previous version
Analyze NOTAMs
Create work orders for the Route Manual production in compliance with the 28 AIRAC cycle
Track validity of aeronautical information by monitoring NOTAMs, checklists and other corresponding publications
Clarify inconsistencies within the publications with the corresponding aviation authority
Support internal projects

Requirements:

Your profile

Dispatcher, air traffic controller, pilot’s license or other relevant education or professional experience that provides equivalent knowledge
Very good knowledge of Aeronautical Information Publications and similar official aeronautical information
Excellent English skills both written and spoken, German or other ICAO languages are an asset
Experienced in using MS-Office products
Team player with proven intercultural competence
High degree of flexibility and discipline
Customer and service oriented
A pro-active, self-dependent, outgoing and conscientious personality
Ability to work diligently and under time pressure
Quick adjustment to unknown tasks
