The Project Leader - Finance position is responsible for supporting financial planning, accounting and reporting activities for Distribution, a component of the Marketing Division that includes merchant fees and costs associated with ticketing through third parties. Coordinates operating plan development, monthly close/forecast analysis and reporting, ongoing financial analysis, and helps develop business cases for capital investments. Maintains a solid understanding of assigned business area(s) and related strategic objectives as well as reporting/accounting requirements. Offers solutions to streamline and automate processes. Makes recommendations, prepares analysis and presentations for management regarding financial and strategic activities for the business unit. Supports the department's compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements by maintaining internal controls. Practices safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or other business-related discipline strongly preferred. A minimum of five years of recent experience in relevant positions strongly preferred. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills are required. Should be highly proficient in written and oral communications and able to produce concise and relevant documents and presentations for senior management. Must demonstrate strong initiative and the ability to work well in a team environment. Must be able to work with confidential information, minimal supervision and under strict deadlines and on multiple projects concurrently. Must possess project management ability and be capable of organizing priorities and performing job functions with close attention to detail in a highly dynamic, deadline-oriented environment. Must possess strong financial modeling skills as well as a solid understanding of finance and accounting related concepts. Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills required.
