Description:

Handle incoming calls, email, and written refund requests from internal and external customers. Audit and process passenger ticket refund claims from customers and travel agencies. Prorate and calculate tickets for appropriate refund amount on domestic and international tickets. Reps also understand and adhere to all Delta and U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance requirements.

Practices safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.Minimum of one year employment with Delta Air Lines with nine months in Reservations Sales or ACS within the last five years. Finance or Accounting background is preferred, but not required. Must have good decision making and organizational skills. Representative should possess the ability to resolve problems in a fast-paced environment, learn quickly, and reflect that they are detailed- oriented and technically proficient with ability to think on their feet. Excellent customer service skills are required. Domestic and International tariff experience preferred, but not required. Must possess working knowledge of Delta Term, BARTS, and CMS. Working knowledge of Kana is preferred, but not required. Practices safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures. Must demonstrate satisfactory performance and dependability in current position. Interview required.

Requirements:

Upon starting, the representative will be required to successfully complete 5 weeks of classroom training followed by 8 weeks of on-the-job training. Employees are required to successfully meet standard productivity metrics during the 8-week on-the-job-training period to continue employment. During training, schedules and days off are not flexible. After completing training, you will be assigned a shift based on our operational needs. We are open Monday-Friday with AM shifts (Delta recognized holidays off).
