Job Summary:
This position reports directly to a Country Sales Manager in Chile and is responsible for leading sales channels in assigned country of territory to maximize global revenues and market share, focusing on premium revenue with Delta's most strategic Agency and Corporate accounts. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Development of direct reports, customer relationship management, contract negotiation and implementation and performance for assigned accounts.
- Interfacing with Business Development, Network and Revenue Management in formulating sales strategies and programs.
- Plans account strategies based on departmental sales goals and objectives.
- Responsible and accountable for assigned country or geographical portfolio performance and plans quarterly reviews with key accounts.
- Ensures cost effective incentive solutions are implemented and return on investment parameters are maintained.

Requirements:

Qualifications
- College level education or prior airline sales experience with international markets preferred.
- Fluent language skills in English and Spanish are required.
- Must have the proper credentials to live and work in Chile.
- Knowledge of Latin America and Caribbean's culture/diplomacy and business practices is required.
- Experience in a public contact position preferably in negotiation role with corporations and travel agencies.
- In-depth knowledge of sales & marketing philosophies.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to adapt and utilize multiple data platform & sources.
- A strong orientation toward sales, self-motivation, and proficiency in written and verbal communication are needed.
- Strong public speaking skills including experience making presentations to influential persons, organizations, and large groups of people.
- Proven leadership skills with internal and external sales personnel.
- Proven ability to provide for On-the-Job instructions, direction, and development of all personnel.
- Must be in possession of valid documentation to travel within the assigned countries.
