We offer opportunities for development on the position of Human Resources Operations Manager with German within HR Services

The Operations Manager Human Resources is in charge of service delivery of the Human Resources Administration / Payroll and Expense / Human Resourcing functions
Areas of responsibility include Payroll Administration, Travel and Expense, Employee Administration, Organization Administration, Expatriate Services, Recruiting Administration, Trainee Administration
The Operations Manager HR leads approximately more than 35 local employees in Krakow

As the Operations Manager Human Resources Administration and Services / Payroll and Expense / Human Resourcing you will have the opportunity to build your leadership skills and apply your domain knowledge, as you lead the delivery teams through the spectrum of Human Resources Services topics, and further to develop the skills and competencies that will help you for your future career path.


Your profile

Academic graduate; Business Administration, MBA or equivalent program will be a strong asset
Minimum 4 years of experience and proven track record in management of bigger teams in the area of Human Resources Services
Strongly familiar with Service Support Center specific Human Resources Services topics
Very good general understanding of the processes in scope
Cross-industry knowledge and personal network in shared service industry
Ability to identify process improvement opportunities
Stress resistance and goal orientation
German business fluent, English fluent
Strong intercultural competence
