Description:

Responsibilities:

Leads his/her team and secures resource planning within the team
Is responsible for communication between related parties of the process
Systematically tracks and improves quality of the team performance
Supports his/her team members with solving difficult issues
Takes over difficult requests in case of escalation need
Makes controls when dual controls are necessary
Initiates and leads team meetings
Supports training and coaching of team members on their different levels of progress
Is responsible for the development of his/her team members
Evaluates his/her team members and initiates quarter evaluation meetings
Identifies measures for troubleshooting in case any issue occurs
Keeps up to date with procedures and process updates
Handles administrative and special tasks related to the team and service
Identifies and drives process changes/improvements/automation within Intercompany process

Requirements:

Your profile

This position is directed to candidates with FI experience on minimum Senior Accountant level / Team Leader
Experience in team/people management
Fluent English
Command of German will be an asset
Flexibility and adaptability
Resistance to stress
Independent and systematic approach to work
Readiness to travel
Intercompany expertise will be an asset
