Line Technical Operations Support Representative are responsible for performing a variety of analytical, administrative, and technical functions in support of the Hawaiian Airlines Complete Fleet Service (CFS)program. To include on aircraft trouble shooting with both Delta and Hawaiian AMT's. Will support and work directly with the MCC, monitor aircraft MEL entries, Chronic history aircraft and provide technical support, both avionics and systems, by adding troubleshooting remarks FIM, M/M, & IPC references, and P/N information. Supplement delay templates. Track repetitive items through Chronic and RAM systems and work with the Tech Teams, Engineering, and Reliability for the Hawaiian fleet. Request aircraft routing into maintenance and arrange solutions/parts for layover aircraft. Practices safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.

Requirements:

Candidates for these positions must have a valid A and P certificate. It is highly desirable for candidates to have additional training and experience in Avionics. Also highly desireable to be quailified on the A330. Five years recent line maintenance experience is required. Should be a self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to handle several projects simultaneously with minimum supervision, well organized and able to prioritize work to meet demanding deadlines. Strong computer experience with MS Office products and Delta applications (Sceptre) preferred. Good interpersonal skills / customer-focused attitude required.
