As a Manager, Agency Partner Marketing your work will see you focus on making it easy for partners to sell Qantas through innovative and effective sales and marketing strategies designed to deliver value in excess of Qantas’ natural share and revenue.

Your main responsibilities will include:
•Leading the strategic commercial direction of the Agency Partnerships marketing portfolio including marketing planning, creative development, execution, reporting/analysis and stakeholder management.
•Development of strategic account and industry briefs designed to connect, engage and ultimately stimulate sales performance across the Agency Partnerships portfolio
•Examining insights from a range of sources to evaluate and report on specific sales and marketing campaign activity including return on investment reporting and trend analysis.
•Ensuring all sales and marketing collateral produced is accurate, on brand, generates sufficient revenue at acceptable cost of sale, and to agreed timescales with the appropriate channels utilised.
•Ensuring all campaign briefs are timely, accurate and generate sufficient revenue within cost of sale.
•Balance marketing calendar activity for the agency segment and ensure all activities are complimentary to the broader Qantas group marketing plan and strategies.
•Managing internal stakeholder input and approvals to meet targets and deadlines
•Managing the delivery of hospitality, loyalty programs and engagement programs for Agency Partnerships and ensuring alignment with commercial strategies
•Executing accurate and timely verbal and written communication with all internal and external customer and stakeholders throughout the development process
•Effectively representing Australia Sales internally and externally including the participation in cross functional stakeholder forums and workshops
•Demonstrating Sales Leadership values in line with cultural transformation strategy;
•Building a culture of high performance and exceptional customer service delivery across the agency development functions including sharing and developing best practice and effectively contributing to building knowledge within the team
