We are looking for people who have a passion to service and are available to work within a shift environment as a Premium Contact Centre Consultant. We will provide you with training and a commencing salary of $51,405* per annum + shift penalties and attractive industry benefits in a Contact Centre with waterfront views of the Derwent River.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BE PART OF THIS DEDICATED TEAM?
As a Contact Centre Consultant you will be the first point of contact for our premium customers.
•You will deliver a premium service to our most valued customers and support our digital service offerings.
•You will assist customers with airline reservations, provide travel information, interpret airline procedures and assist our customers to explore the features of qantas.com and the Qantas Frequent Flyer loyalty program.
•You will Interpret and accurately calculate international/domestic fares and rules as applicable
•You will handle general enquiries including customer feedback
•We will support you with a thorough induction training program and you will be provided with ongoing support and training throughout your career in the Contact Centre.
Requirements:
To join our team we expect that you have:
•Passion to serve customers and a demonstrated positive ‘can-do’ attitude
•Previous experience in customer service
•Your written and verbal communication skills must be highly developed
•Listening skills that you use to understand what customers need
•The ability to take ownership of customer enquiries and confidence to make decisions
•Strong time management skills as we are a scheduled and rostered contact centre environment
•Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team
•You need to be available to work any shift, from 0700 to midnight including Saturday and Sunday (hours are subject to operational requirements
•Sound knowledge of global geography
•Working knowledge of Microsoft office applications and web based resource
•Hold Australian residency or citizenship
