Air Arabia is looking for dynamic target driven individual to join its Commercial team. The selected individual will be responsible for representing the interests of Air Arabia in Iran, while working on increasing the Company's market share and developing new opportunities.

Key Accountabilities:

You will be responsible for leading the drive for sales of Air Arabia within the assigned territory in Iran ensuring maximum brand visibility. You will be responsible for increasing the distribution channels (Travel agencies and Corporates) by developing and maintaining strong relationships with tourism departments, travel agencies and Corporates in strict compliance of all Air Arabia activities with their policies and regulations.

You will also be solely responsible for inspiring and motivating General Sales Agents and others engaged in sales activities in the assigned territory in Iran to achieve outstanding sales performance and initiates and drives sales campaigns for Iran. This includes regular analysis of sales performance, providing feedback to the Area Manager and identifying areas for concern while taking appropriate corrective measures to address concerns as well as handling contracts with Tour Operators and reviewing the same periodically.

You will be responsible for reviewing sales performance on a weekly basis with the sales team / GSA to monitor performance and assess market trends and take action as required, providing feedback to the Area Manager while identifying areas for concern and recommending remedial action.

You will also identify new opportunities for sales, new markets and agents in Iran. In particular, identifying the unique needs of Iran which may be met by Air Arabia products and services and produces recommendations based on cost / benefit analysis.

In this position, you will be expected to lead your team by example displaying exemplary levels of initiative and commitment to achieve. You will be expected to work with a proactive approach and take appropriate decisions based on proper analysis of situations bearing in mind the company’s interests and cost.


Qualifications and Experience:

Must be educated to a minimum of Bachelor’s degree level
A minimum of 3 years of Airline Sales management experience with at least 1 year in a managerial position within an airline environment in Iran
Previous experience in dealing with Government Affairs / Airport Authorities would be an advantage
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Farsi are a must
