Job Purpose
To assist the Sr Painter/ Painter/ Signwriter for all painting jobs for dnata/EK and 3rd parties in order to maintain the equipment/offices to the customers' required standards.
Job Accountability:
Perform scheduled paint work & special jobs in order to maximise the life span of the equipment & generate revenue for the company.
Carry out equipment body & surface preparation in order to ensure quality paint work.
Help in paint mixing in order to prepare quality paints.
Help to record all paint shop works carried out in order to ensure updated records are maintained for future reference and for recharge purpose.
Collect painting material from the stores as requested by the Painter Supervisor and record the material usage.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience
Must have 10 years schooling or ‘O’ level equivalent.
Experience and Knowledge
Must have minimum 3 years’ experience as an automobile painter.
Practical Knowledge of paint materials, chemicals, tools and instruments.
Training on First Aid, Safety and Firefighting at workplace.
