Description:

Ensure that all required work carried out is in compliance with the applicable MOE procedures, Manufacturers' instructions, Aviation Regulations, and any applicable data approved or accepted by the Authority
Check incoming and outgoing materials for proper paperwork, condition of parts, packing and processing
Ensure that all stored materials are acceptable as approved aviation materials
Ensure that all stored tools and test equipment are kept in clean and serviceable condition
Manage tool and equipment issue and receipt processes and calibration cycles, grease gun special handling procedure and consumable logbooks
Perform incoming inspections for all received parts and materials in accordance with the Aviation Regulations and Company procedures
Update the arrival of urgent materials to other departments, e.g. Supply Chain Management, Planning and Maintenance
Issuance of materials to Maintenance personnel
Proper labeling of parts and materials before issuance to the store or any other recipients
Shipping of serviceable parts to customers and ensure proper documentation, serviceable tag and packing
Participate in stock takes
Track and ensure timely Rotable core return activities; communicate the expiring of core return cycles to the relevant departments, e.g. Maintenance and Planning ahead of the expiration date
Perform any additional duties as assigned by the superior

Requirements:

Qualification/Experience:

Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Logistics
Preferably with 2 years of working experience in Logistics
Experience in Aerospace MRO environment is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office, IT savvy
Mature disposition with a keen business perspective in customer communication and relation
