Sales Process Accountability

Provide quotations and proposals for business/corporate jet maintenance and upgrades with consultation to the Sales Operation Manager or Director, Regional Sales
Propose avionics retrofit and upgrade as well as vendor’s protection programs (MSP, HAPP) for relevant maintenance projects
Follow up with clients earnestly to facilitate contract closure
Actively follow up on new business proposals
Update Pivotal system timely and accurately


Client Relations

Build rapport with new clients and attend to their queries expediently
Establish and maintain positive business relationships with clients
Attend to client complaints and coordinate service recovery effort with relevant departments
Follow up on clients’ feedbacks and provide timely responses to achieve optimum client satisfaction
Engage high yield clients on a regular basis


Sales Support

Assist in the sales support process by providing sales quotes, aircraft maintenance project updates (when required) and other relevant maintenance progress reports (when required)
Perform relevant research and reviews for relevant maintenance projects
Participate in pre-sales service activities and follow up with after sales service with clients accordingly
Attend site meetings, sales presentations and negotiations and assist the manager in any tasks as prescribed


Project Management

Provide leadership and engage the relevant department functions towards the successful completion of projects
Interact with relevant departments to facilitate the projects
Update clients on project progress (when required) and manage client expectations
Provide leadership towards the resolution of clients’ concerns and requirements

Requirements:

Qualification/Experience:

Degree in Engineering/Aerospace/Business with a strong interest in the Aerospace industry
At least 2 years of experience in the Aerospace industry
Candidates with Avionics maintenance sales/Avionics technical background preferred
Self starter and able to work independently
Customer focus and people oriented
