We have immediate opportunities for Maintenance Controller in our
Shelton, Connecticut office.

Job Description
As a Maintenance Controller you are responsible for ensuring
all aircraft are maintained away from home base in
compliance with all regulatory requirements for Gama aircraft.
You are responsible for contacting and arranging
for maintenance personnel to clear aircraft discrepancies and return aircraft to service in
a timely and effective manner.
You supervise, in an executive capacity, the maintenance and/or alteration of Gama aircraft.
You are appointed and empowered by the aircraft certificate holders' Director of Maintenance (DOM) to conduct designated functions of the DOM office.
You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all Company policies as
outlined in the Gama FAR 135 and 145 operating manuals Reports to the Manager of Maintenance Control for day-to-day operations
Primary duties include:

Ensures that all aircraft that are down for maintenance are repaired in a timely manner.

Ensures that all departments affected by a grounded aircraft are aware of the status of that aircraft.

Ensures each Aircraft Daily Status Report, MEL, and inspection due list is reviewed for due items.

Works harmoniously with the Director of Maintenance, Chief Pilot, Mx
control Managers, Pilots,
Maintenance Vendors, and all others associated with each aircraft certification.

Ensures the Maintenance Manager, Dispatch are notified of unusual circumstances.

Is responsible for ensuring proper documentation of the work performed on W heels Up aircraft prior
to approval of the aircraft for return to service.

Ensures required aircraft parts for grounded aircraft are obtained and shipped in a timely manner.

Authorizes transportation to be arranged for maintenance personnel for aircraft grounded
cross-country.

Requirements:

Job Requirements:

5 years minimum experience is required.

King Air and/or CE560XL experience preferred.

CAMP experience preferred.

Corridor experience beneficial.

Part 135 experience preferred.

Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office
