The Senior Analyst - NWP position is responsible for developing and analyzing the traffic and revenue flows of Delta's domestic network with a focus on Delta's domestic holiday schedules. This includes forecasting, strategic planning, competitive analysis, and revenue analysis. Maximizes Delta's system profitability by allocating aircraft resources to markets with the greatest profit potential and developing revenue strategies that maximize system profitability. The position recommends strategies that improve profitability and reallocates aircraft from low performing markets to high performing markets. Must anticipate action of the competitors that can adversely impact Delta's revenues and make recommendations to senior management to minimize the risks. Practice safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics, Business, Management, Engineering or related area is required. The candidate should have strong analytical and computer skills. A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required. Prefer airline experience and knowledge of the industry. Should have strong business/management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to work well with others in a time sensitive and team environment with minimal supervision, be results oriented and capable of meeting or exceeding deadlines with attention to detail and follow through.
