As a Marketing Coordinator, you will input into marketing campaigns from a digital and offline perspective, and also ensure program marketing objectives are clearly met.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Providing campaign management support to the Partner Marketing Team or Redemption Marketing Teams
Understanding commercial objectives, contractual obligations and partner relationships to deliver best-in-class marketing collateral against stated objectives
Inputting into campaign activity in collaboration with the Marketing Managers.
Assisting in the development of campaign assets, both online and offline, and in the preparation of briefing documents.
Completing basic content updates and campaign tracking on the Qantas websites.
Working in partnership with the team to provide project updates and to prioritise workload.
Relationship Management with both internal stakeholders and external agencies.
Gathering campaign results to facilitate post implementation reviews, and to determine success rates and ROI.
Budget management, including raising and tracking purchase orders

Requirements:

What you’ll bring to the role:

Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience is essential
A background in loyalty marketing, partner marketing, direct marketing or online retail marketing experience will be highly regarded
Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to an audience
Impressive interpersonal and negotiation skills, with an adaptable communication style
Ability to proficiently use Google apps (Gmail, Sheets and Docs) Microsoft Word, develop presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint, and use Microsoft Excel for budgeting purposes
Sound analytical and reporting skills
Experience in dealing with in-house legal teams and an understanding and communicating legal and commercial constraints to stakeholders
