Description:

Customer Service Manager of Component Services (m/f)
Shenzhen (China)

servicing and administering customer contracts and coordinating internal processes in our Aircraft Component Services devision
To be the operational face to the customer and main driver for all day-to-day customer order handling issues
resolve complex commercial or technical clarifications and act as a quality gate to make sure that the daily Component business is in line with the contractual bounderies in terms of service and commercial performance
maintain high quality in the invoicing process and commercial settlement of invoices according to valid payment terms
support regular Performance Dialogs for your designated Customers in terms of supply perfromance and repair TAT in order to secure Customer satisfaction
support to identify areas of improvement and implementation of changes in coordination with the respective business units
align your activities with the designated Account Manager or Product Sales.

Requirements:

Your profile

Completed university-level studies in Engineering/Economics
Strong economic & technical know-how
Strong background in customer service and/or sales with Asian customers, preferably Japan, Korea, Taiwan and Thailand
Several years of experience in aviation, in particular in logistics and material supply is preferred
Fluent in English, German/other languages desirable
System knowledge MS-Office (excel in particular), SAP
Strong analytical skills as well and structured work style
Team player
Thrives in customer service
Strong negotiations and persuasion skills, as well as exceptional verbal and written communication
Confident demeanor and intercultural competence
Strong initiative and creativity
entrepreneurial thinking and high degree of self-driven initiative
Willingness to travel extensively within Asia/Pacific
Willingness to undergo a job related assessment center if required
