Mascot Corporate Location, free on-site parking
Circa $45,000 + 10% Super (Pro-rata)
6 or 11 month part-time opportunity, 5 days @ 30 hours per week

Your new position as an Administrator, Resources will see you responsible for the validation of employee work hours related to our manpower planning system which drives payroll. Located within our Airports division, this role will see you working in a high volume and dynamic environment and being an instrumental player in ensuring Customer Service Agents and Ramp & Baggage staff are paid accurately.

This role is a part-time shift work position, which will see you working between the hours of 5:30 AM and 1:00 PM on a rotating roster arrangement across 7 days per week.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Actioning daily employee shift variations by identifying and resolving discrepancies, within operating guidelines
Use of the Ground Star application
Processing data queries from payroll and ensuring data is received by payroll within prescribed timeframes
Administering the database, including generating employee resource reports for Managers and other key stakeholders
Complying with Corporate and Divisional Service Standards
Other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

What you’ll bring to the role:

Experience in Resource Allocation, planning function or operational shift work environment
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Highly developed problem solving, planning and organisational skills
Availability and flexibility to work a 7 day rotational shift roster
Demonstrated ability to effectively work and make decisions under daily operational pressures and to ensure business objectives are met
Working knowledge of Excel, Lotus Notes and Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to navigate through and learn new systems
Sound written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of an organisation
Proven time management and prioritising abilities
Experience with Ground Star is desirable
