As the Commercial Manager- Qantas Assure, you will be critical to Qantas Assure’s growth and enhancement of commercial relationships with our insurance partners. You will drive significant revenue generation for the business through building and further improving the existing relationships with these partners.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial at Qantas Assure, you will draw upon your commercial acumen, advanced financial analytical skills and insurance expertise to lead negotiations with insurers to favourable outcomes for Qantas Assure as well as develop business cases and make recommendations on proposals to Executive leadership.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role you will ideally need to display the following:

Prior experience in both product and commercial aspects of the health insurance industry.
A demonstrated ability to lead partnership negotiations with stakeholders with the ability to seamlessly negotiate win-win outcomes.
Prior involvement in developing and implementing business strategy and identifying plans to ensure the commercial success of the strategy.
Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and influence positive outcomes at a senior level.
A deep understanding and prior experience managing relevant legal and regulatory issues in the insurance industry.
Relevant qualifications in Business, Finance, Law or a similar discipline.
