Ryanair are looking for a HR Generalist to join our Personnel team in a fast paced and challenging department based in Airside Business Park Swords.

Duties Include:

Manage employee and industrial relations
Manage and assist Managers through Disciplinary and Grievance investigations
Personnel Administration (contracts of employment, letters etc)
Management Reports
Payroll
Internal communications – including travel throughout Europe to meet staff

Requirements:

HR degree or masters essential

2-3 years experience in a similar role

Ability to work in a pressurised and fast paced environment

Strong organisational skills

Strong interpersonal skills

The ability to work on own initiative

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The ability to work under tight deadlines effectively and efficiently

PC Skills (Word, Excel, Power point etc)
