The Role:
The Product Manager role involves developing and leading both strategic and tactical initiatives that drive the customer experience across all aspects of the customer lifecycle, and across all channels (web, mobile, tablet). You will guide the team of Product Owners, Business Analysts as well as UX & UI that will be reporting directly to you to build products from existing ideas, and help to develop new ideas based on your industry experience and your contact with customers and stakeholders. This extends from increasing the profitability of existing products to developing new products for the company. You will manage a variety of stakeholders across 9 different departments to ensure the Product Team is delivering the most business value.
As a Product Manager you will be responsible for:
Developing business cases for strategic and tactical initiatives that deliver value or improvements.
Monitoring and Analysing performance: Working with Insights team to provide in-depth analyses of impact of delivered features and improvements
Articulate the business case, the roadmap, the competitive landscape and the current state of operations to a wide range of stakeholders that includes Engineering, Product and the Business
Understanding and summarising technical complexity; being an effective liaison among engineering, analytics, product and business stakeholders at both junior and senior levels.
Requirements:
5+ experience in Product Management
Experience working with Product teams and stakeholders to jointly define and deliver the consumer strategy, backlog aligned to the roadmap and business objectives
Airline industry experience desirable
