The Role
We are inviting applications for the position of Group Sales Executive. The purpose of this position is to assist in the smooth running of the Ryanair Groups dept. The successful candidate will be hard working, energetic, self-motivated with a natural ability in problem solving.
Providing fare quotes for group enquiries
Making reservations & taking payment in the Navitaire reservations system
Handling calls from group organisers
General administration duties and adhoc reporting
Requirements:
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent organisational skills
Fluent in English
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word
Previous Airline experience would be an advantage
