Job Description

1) Assist stations to develop and execute meaningful strategies to support stronger organic traffic to websites. To advise on optimising local landing pages, local content and other promotional content to encourage stronger rankings on search portals. To improve click through and conversion rates.

2) To work with agencies to gather and interpret data to support strategic recommendations for advertising. These will include, but may not be limited to Brand Health Checks, social listening etc. Require strong excel skills to be able to manipulate raw data received from agencies, and from other data sources. To be able to prepare presentations to highlight findings to the rest of the department and to support media/advertising strategies.

3) To monitor and work with stations to support their digital activities. Support preparation of content/analysis for regional meetings, quarterly reviews and strategic presentations. Assist in preparing powerpoint presentations to support internal reviews with key stakeholders, regions & stations. Liaison with stations to ensure media mix targets are achieved.

4) Maintain proper records/governance of all agency activity and other performance KPIs

5) Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Applicants should posses a good Diploma in Marketing or any related discipline.

Must be amicable, driven and possess a good sense of urgency and work priority.

Must be adaptable, a team player, and be conversant with MS Office suite of products.

Experience in the use of statistical software and/or online marketing tools will be an advantage.

Applicants should be familiar with statistics, and have sound business writing and interpersonal skills.
