Description:

You will be part of a team responsible for SIA’s famed and innovative flight meal service. Working with SIA’s caterers in Singapore and overseas, you will be involved in the planning and implementation of inflight menus and oversee quality control. You will be required to monitor customer feedback and follow culinary trends to implement new offerings that continually excite our customers. Frequent travel is required

Requirements:

You should have detailed knowledge of international food and beverages, and at least 7 years’ experience in catering, including experience in 5-star international establishments or recognized quality restaurants at a level not below Sous Chef. You should have a good knowledge of western food production and menu planning; knowledge in other ethnic culinary disciplines are of advantage. You should be able to work predominantly in an office environment with knowledge of basic PC work, Microsoft Word, Excel or equivalent.
