Ryanair is currently recruiting for a Line Maintenance Manager.

The successful candidate will work as part of our engineering team and will be based in our Head Office in Airside Business Park in Swords.

The Role:

The Line Maintenance Manager will oversee the detailed running of their nominated engineering bases throughout Ryanairs European network and will also have responsibility for:

The principal responsibility will be the management of Scheduled and Unscheduled Line Maintenance on Ryanair’s fleet including responsibility for Maintenance Control, Line Maintenance Coordination and Planning
Management of the short term planning activities to ensure that aircraft, equipment, spares and manpower are available when required for all scheduled maintenance requirements.
Ensuring that AOG aircraft are returned to service in the most time effective manner taking into account all relevant airworthiness requirements and utilising available resources
Liaison with Engineering Regional Managers as required highlighting issues with manpower or other resources
Management of maintenance control ensuring sufficient manpower is available to carry out all of its functions
Continuous review of Line Maintenance procedures and processes to ensure sufficient control of the line maintenance operation

Requirements:

B1 and or B2 certification on B737-800
Line maintenance experience
Flexible approach to working in fast changing environment
Excellent communication skills
Good computer literacy
Self-motivated individuals who are able to work without direct supervision.
Ability to work weekends if required
